Statistics indicate that most customers who implement a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution witness a dramatic drop in its usage within a week of its launch, though heavy usage is recorded initially. This app that also integrates with Google Apps works on Android phones and its iPhone version for the Apple iOS is under development.

Robert Hartline says, “While most CRM solutions are complicated and require a lot of setup time to get them up and running, the majority of Call Proof customers can start managing a sales team within a couple of hours of setup with a client specialist” adding that “Our client managers help customers with list purchases to import prospects and we also offer full training to help customers grow their businesses.”

By using this CRM platform, sales managers and owners can not only view all phone calls and appointments in real time but they can make all the representatives more accountable by getting to know which prospects they are calling or are unable to call. This CRM solution boosts productivity, helps owners and sales managers save payroll, and the additional GPS functionality (along with location history) aids them with sales territory management.
