In two weeks, leading brokers, industry experts and commercial real estate stars will come together for the 5th Annual Commercial Real Estate Luncheon organized by the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. The event, in partnership with the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida, Realtors Commercial Alliance of the MIAMI Association of Realtors, Certified Commercial Investment Members and Miami Today, will provide an up-to-date look at the state of the industry and a panel discussion focused on whether the South Florida commercial real estate market has turned the proverbial corner.
“Recent news about the commercial market has been positive, but cautiously optimistic,” said Mark A. Trowbridge, President and CEO of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. “The timing of this event is stellar because attendees will get an opportunity to hear insights directly from industry leaders about where we are and where we are going.”
The program will kick-off with a overview of the current state of the market and a table-setting presentation by Michael Y. Cannon, Executive Director of Integra Realty, the largest property valuation and consulting firms throughout the United States. Michael Lewis, esteemed media man and Executive Editor/Publisher of Miami Today, will moderate a panel that is comprised of some of South Florida’s heavy hitters in real estate including:
