Downtown Chicago is about to welcome the newest luxury boutique hotel in Chicago, the Ivy Boutique hotel - http://www.exploreivy.com. Slated to open in late May 2012, this 15,000 square foot, 15-story hotel will be a welcomed luxurious respite from the hustle and bustle of the Windy City. The Ivy Boutique hotel’s signature will be its attention to personalized service, comfort and privacy for its residents.

Arthur Minor, the designer of fabulous venues such as the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas, Nine Steak House, Morton’s and Wynn Hotel’s La Cave, is directing the interior design of the Ivy Hotel. Upon entering the Ivy, guests will experience sleek sophistication, surrounded by high-end granite, marble, glass and mosaics which will foster a comfortable yet stylish environment.

James Cazares, the manager of the Ivy Boutique hotel explains how the hotel will provide guests not only with comfortable and lavish surroundings, but will be an intimate retreat, created by the hotel’s signature elements. “We provide optimal comfort for our guest by providing cutting-edge, versatile accommodations. California King size beds are included within our suites, plus our floors only have 5 rooms each, which makes for a much more peaceful stay, and allows groups to reserve an entire floor.”

Patrons can even expect great acoustics within their suites, as each room includes theater surround sound to compliment the 10 foot ceilings. Within the bathrooms, you will find rainforest style showers, double vanities, soaking tubs, complete with body spray. Within the rest of the suite, bamboo flooring, Michigan goose-down comforters and sisal rugs positively define luxury and comfort.

Cazares says, “It’s important to us to be Eco-friendly and forward thinking. Our bedding and towels are made from fair trade organic cotton, we include all-natural toiletries, and all of our cleaning products are "green" so while servicing the rooms we are still treating our environment with respect.” The firm “Eco-friendly” policy of the Ivy allows it to be environmentally responsible while still creating luxury for its guests.

With sixty-three stylish and luxurious rooms, two banquet rooms, an upscale lounge/restaurant, rooftop terrace with a breath-taking view of Chicago’s skyline, and a cutting-edge workout facility, the Ivy will wow guests and has redefined sophistication, elegance and comfort.
