AspireHR, the recognized expert in SAP Human Capital Management, and Denbury Resources Inc., a growing independent oil and gas company, have gone live with Phase 1 of the SAP HCM implementation. Included in the six month, Phase 1 of the HCM implementation was Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Compensation, Benefits, Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS), and interfaces to ADP and Benefits vendors. SAP offered a single global platform to eliminate disparate systems by migrating and consolidating information that used to be stored in ADP, Excel, and paper forms.
As part of the implementation, AspireHR used its proprietary HR DataExchange to address the challenge of accurately converting thousands pieces of OM, PA, Benefits and Compensation data. The Go-Live deadline was met on time.
Completing this project has allowed Denbury to empower employees to manage their own data with direct Portal access while at the same time improving many business processes. Denbury employees are now able to maintain their own personal data such as addresses, direct deposits and benefits elections. Additionally, managers are able to complete the compensation review process through the new system.
“AspireHR is very proud of the way this implementation developed at Denbury,” noted Joseph Hillesheim, Founding Partner at AspireHR. “This successful Go-Live was accomplished through clear communication, comparable corporate cultures, and a shared dedication to true project partnership.”
Whitney Shelley, Chief Human Resources Officer for Denbury, remarked that, “AspireHR has been an outstanding business partner. Their technical knowledge has been solid – but the most significant impact for us has been their day-to-day experience with other companies executing exactly what we want to accomplish.”
