Top manufacturers including Del Monte, Parker Hannifin, as well as the U.S. Department of Agriculture joined the Bigfoot CMMS family.

Also noteworthy during Q1 2012 was Smartware Group’s 80-plus percent above-average approval rating for its responsive technical support from Bigfoot customers who participated in the January survey. The superior rating, along with Smartware Group’s 90 percent, year-to-year retention rate reflects the company’s ongoing investment in making customer service and help desk operations its number one priority.

In March 2012, Smartware Group was also named one of the 25 Free Enterprise Honorees by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for its strong business practices and contributions to the national economy.
