Infinite Energy employees and their children will complete team-building exercises to learn about workplace cooperation

Children who wonder what Mommy and Daddy do at work now have the chance to find out for themselves. On April 26, 2012, Infinite Energy will encourage employees to bring their children to the office and participate in Bring Your Children to Work Day.

Three million places of business internationally participate in Bring Your Children to Work Day. First Lady Michelle Obama hosted Take our Daughters and Sons to Work Day in 2011, and companies such as Pfizer and Google also participate annually.

Infinite Energy will promote the 2012 national theme, “Build Opportunity: 20 Years of Education, Empowerment, and Experience.” The focus of the event will be teamwork, and the goal is to show the children how teamwork is integral to reaching a common goal.

Bring Your Children to Work Day at Infinite Energy is open to children aged 8 to18. The company will facilitate activities such as a low ropes course for children and their parents to complete together. Children may write their goals on a “Banner of Dreams,” to share what they would like to be in the future. Infinite Energy will give participants healthy snacks and a pizza lunch.

Bring Your Children to Work Day is a great opportunity for parents to show their children what it means to work together and reach goals, not just in the workplace, but in their lives.
