Weinland Park Homes offers new 3- and 4-bedroom affordable single-family houses – with a 15-year lease- to- purchase option - to low and moderate income residents, developed by The NRP Group and Wagenbrenner Development. The event is sponsored by partners Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, US Bank, Ohio Housing Finance Agency, Enterprise Green Communities, Huntington Bank, Affordable Housing Trust for Columbus and Franklin County, and the City of Columbus.
