The entrepreneur-led independent Miami Beach based real estate agency that joined the Weichert franchise network in 2006 has maintained its ground steadily over time and is now a four-office powerhouse--positioned at the no. 2 spot on the franchise organization's sales production Leader Board.

WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Best Beach Real Estate is now the second largest franchise in Florida for Weichert Real Estate Affiliates (WREA), and is the second largest in year to-date sales by GCI (gross commission income) of all Weichert affiliates system-wide.    

The company recently announced its fourth office opening since joining the Weichert® franchise network in 2006. The newest location is at 1928 Northeast 5th Avenue in Boca Raton. Additional offices are in Miami, Miami Beach and Weston.

It was on the heels of the expansion announcement that WREA released its March Leader Board report, confirming the company’s production achievements at no. 2 on the list. Weichert franchised offices serve some 300 markets in 37 states.

Weichert Affiliates Senior Vice President Bill Scott, himself a long-time south Florida based real estate professional, who has been on the Weichert franchising team since its inception, had much to say about the company and its founders, Abraham Chehebar and Alberto Bassal.
