Bluegreen Corporation to participate in the national event, Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day on April 26, 2012 and will host special events throughout the day.

Bluegreen Corporation (NYSE: BXG), a leading provider of vacation experiences, today announced that it will participate in the national event: Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work® Day on Thursday, April 26, 2012. The 20-year tradition will carry the theme “Build Opportunity: 20 Years of Education, Empowerment, Experience.”

The Take Our Daughters and Sons To Work program is designed to provide more than a career day. It seeks to provide children with an awareness of the importance and value of their education, help them discover the power associated with a balanced life and grant them an opportunity to share how they envision the future. Each year, the organization develops new activities and relationships to assist in helping children reach their goals and build the future they dream of. Historically, more than 37 million youth and adults participate at over 3.5 million workplaces each year.

Bluegreen Corporation’s Boca Raton office will observe and participate in the program with events that are scheduled throughout the day, including group activities, department tours, and interview training sessions.
