Maryland Seafood Market, Conrad’s Crabs, chosen to have chef cook one of their specials in Hook, Line, and Dinner

Conrad’s Crabs is pleased to announce that their seafood market and chef, Joe Lancelotta, will be featured on the television show, Hook, Line, and Dinner. The show will air on the Cooking Channel on April 26, 2012 at 8 p.m.

“We’re really excited for this opportunity,” a spokesperson for the Maryland seafood market commented. “Mostly because now that we have our mail order site up and running, we’re confident people will see us on the show and be excited when they find out they can order our fresh caught seafood online from anywhere in the country!”

On the episode, Joe will be cooking up his Whole White Perch Puttanesca, which is a featured dish right now at Conrad’s Crabs. The dish consists of white perch covered in an aromatic Mediterranean sauce comprising tomatoes, black olives, capers and garlic. It is rounded out by a healthy helping of roasted potatoes and a vegetable medley. Viewers can taste the dish now at Conrad’s Crabs for $8.99.

Of course, this dish isn’t the only special the Maryland seafood market is currently running. Other current specials include the Baked Seafood Ravioli topped with creamy crab Alfredo and served with fresh garlic bread for $9.99 and the Salmon Cake Sandwich for $6.95.
