Similar to the existing Virtual Doorman® Interactive Web Portal™, the new app will allow residents to remotely manage their account and perform tasks such as inputting authorization for guests and visitors, scheduling package deliveries, requesting maintenance, and more – all from the convenience of a mobile device. Building-related problems can be reported quickly and easily. A Building Contacts page also includes contact information for the building owner, building manager, and superintendent.
