Professor Michael Jensen from the Harvard Business School, in partnership with Insigniam, a leading international management consulting firm, will present two interactive seminars on leadership sponsored by The American Chamber of Commerce. The seminars will be held May 2 in Bangkok, co-sponsored by the Thai Institute of Directors, and May 4 in Hong Kong.

Dr. Jensen, an award-winning author, professor, lecturer and consultant, will discuss a new model of leadership that is designed to embed the actions of effective leadership in one’s natural self-expression, providing direct access to being a leader throughout all areas of life, including personal leadership, team leadership and organizational leadership. The material for the seminars is drawn from an executive leadership course developed by Dr. Jensen and his colleagues, which has been delivered at universities around the world.

“Dr. Jensen’s work aligns with our belief at Insigniam that today’s business world needs a new kind of leader,” says Shideh Bina, one of Insigniam’s founding partners.

According to a recent Insigniam executive survey, 67% of executives are most concerned about people or operational issues across their organizations, which include leadership, management, teamwork and decision making.

“Organizations need people who can set new courses, transform boundaries and reinvent the rules of business that in turn produces breakthrough results,” says Bina. “Dr. Jensen’s leadership model goes beyond study to execution by addressing the four foundations of great leadership.”
