PartyPail, Inc. has focused on expanding the product line carried since its inception, but the latest move has helped propel the company to record growth by addressing customer needs for both luxury high-end accessories, and budget, low-cost decorations.

PartyPail, Inc., a leading online retailer of party supplies, recently announced several new product lines as part of its strategy to accelerate its growth by catering to those customers in both the budget-conscious and luxury categories for baby showers, first birthday parties, or bridal showers. The company’s focus on product expansion helped fuel 2011’s record sales performance, while allowing the company to provide better product solutions to its customers.

As part of the PartyPail’s focus on higher-end gift and favors offerings, the significantly expanded its offerings and baby shower gifts, diaper cakes, and favors. “Our research showed that the person planning showers and birthday celebrations are also instrumental in selecting keepsake gifts to be given at the event,” says Katie Knight, Marketing Director. “We started with a few test items in quarter 4 of last year, and found the take rate from customers was surprisingly high. We’ve expanded our offerings in these categories to help simplify the shopping and planning for our clients.”

Another critical part of the company’s growth strategy has been to find ways to profitably serve clients who are planning budget-conscious events. The company recently launched 5 new baby shower, birthday party, and bridal shower tableware patterns at very low price points in an effort to help clients by giving them affordable options in tableware decorations.

This allows people to throw baby showers, birthday parties, and bridal showers at a much lower cost, but with the same great effect. With the plates, napkins, and tablecovers costing less than 50 cents per guest, party hosts can afford to invite as many people as they’d like.

In addition to offering these new lower cost product lines, PartyPail is leveraging the company blog to provide budget-conscious party planning tips to help people stretch their budget and throw great, affordable celebrations.
