New Vice President Named at IPS Testing of Appleton, Wisconsin

IPS Testing, an independent testing lab in Northeast Wisconsin, has announced the promotion of Chris Reitmeyer from the role of Sales Engineer to Vice President. The Midwest-based company provides physical and analytical testing services globally to the paper, pulp and packaging industries, along with several product-related industries such as medical supply and personal care.

Serving companies in the United States, North America and across the globe with paper, pulp, packaging and other types of product testing services, Midwest-based IPS Testing has announced the promotion of Chris Reitmeyer to the role of Vice President.

Reitmeyer first joined the IPS Testing team in 2010 as the company’s Sales Engineer. His new duties as Vice President will include everything from overseeing testing services and operations to managing customer relations. In addition, he will continue to coordinate the ongoing sales efforts at IPS Testing.

A native of Green Bay, Wis., Reitmeyer attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Water Resources. His sales background includes 10 years of work experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical fields. He also spent seven years as a research chemist where he headed up an environmental industry research and development team. Reitmeyer is the co-inventor of five U.S. patents. He also authored/co-authored two accredited publications.
