Howard Stark will be demonstrating a highly effective and proven way of encouraging people across an entire organisation to start changing the way they use energy at work.
Horley, UK (PRWEB UK) 30 April 2012
Throughout May, Stark - the energy information system provider - will be holding a series of free energy breakfast briefings across the UK. At the breakfasts, Managing Director, Howard Stark, will demonstrate a highly effective and proven way of encouraging people across an entire organisation to start changing the way they use energy at work.
Howard Stark said: “Simply showing your colleagues occasional data on your energy use won’t necessarily change their behaviour. If you really want to eliminate waste, cut costs and reduce emissions, you will need to deliver continuous feedback that really engages with everyone. There are six attributes of energy feedback that need to be adopted before you can successfully change people’s behaviour. At our breakfast briefings, we will show you exactly what these attributes are.”
By the end of the morning’s event, delegates will have learned:
The six attributes of effective energy feedback
How to overcome the current energy feedback challenges
How to deliver a synchronised message across an organisation about energy use and costs
How to provide an immediate call to action when targets or budgets are exceeded
The breakfast briefings will be held at Premier Inns at the ten following locations:
Gatwick: Tuesday 1 May 2012
Heathrow: Wednesday 2 May 2012
Manchester: Tuesday 8 May 2012
