Residential Home Funding Corp., a New Jersey-New York and Pennsylvania based mortgage lender announced today that Jeff Schlott, son of Dick Schlott one time owner of over 150 Schlott real estate offices managing more than 5000 agents throughout New Jersey, has joined the mortgage lender as a new branch manager. Mr. Schlott will operate an RHF branch office in Mendham, Morris County, New Jersey.
Jeff Schlott first entered the mortgage business in 1990, and since them has developed his own reputation as an outstanding professional, one that rivals his father’s legacy as one of the most successful real estate brokers in New Jersey.
Today Schlott Realtors is no more, having been sold to Coldwell Banker in the 1990s, however both Jeff and Dick Schlott have revived the family tradition through Dick’s acquisition of eighteen offices of Gloria Nilson Realtors and their more than 700 real estate agents, and Jeff’s joint marketing arrangements with those offices.
Jeff Schlott stated “I am proud to be associated with Residential Home Funding and believe our relationship will be a successful one for me, my clients, our realtors and RHF. We are looking forward to many years together.”
RHF’s President Tom Marinaro echoed the sentiment, saying “Anytime you can partner with one of the most successful mortgage professionals in the industry, who just so happens to also be a member of one of the most prominent families in real estate, it’s a win-win situation. We are excited by the opportunities.”
