The Devine Group, a Cincinnati-based talent assessment and development company, recently hired Matthew Stager as Director of National Accounts for Channel Sales. Stager was formerly Director of Business Development for Iscopia Software (formerly HR Alloy), a provider of technology platform services in Canada. At Iscopia, Stager was responsible for channel partnership sales and business development efforts.
Prior to working at Iscopia, Stager was Regional Sales Manager of Vurv Technology (formerly Recruitsoft) in Jacksonville where he was responsible for the initial rollout of Vurv’s Performance Management and Compensation software solutions. For several years, Stager also served as Director, Global Alliances, as well as in other executive positions for Taleo Corporation in San Francisco. Prior to Taleo, he was Regional Sales Director of the Eastern United States and Europe for Chimes, Inc. In this role, he was responsible for sales of the Chimes Contingent Workforce Management solution.
