Knowledge is king when increasing revenue and profit

RedHorse Systems announced the start of their "Business Building" online learning series, which is designed to help business managers and owners improve revenue and profits. Each educational session will be conducted by a recruited expert in that area. None of the presenters are employees of the company. The intent is to educate small business attendees in specific areas, giving them an understanding of the underlying issues and principles. Later attendees will see how they can employ this new knowledge to gain a competitive edge using aspects of the RedHorse CRM software.

“Knowledge is the key to more revenue and profit. Knowledge about your customers, your market, and your own ability to deliver,” said Connie Koch, founder of RedHorse Systems. “We hope to give practical knowledge to attendees. Business owners and managers don’t have time for pretty-but-useless theories. Only hard-hitting information is included. Attendees should come away with some very valuable business ideas.”

The initial training session is by invitation only, but there will be an opportunity for the general public to attend training at a later time. The session is expected to take 45 minutes. More Webinar details can be found at http://www.redhorsesystems.com/businessbuilder.
