This week’s topic, titled “Make Your Business Social,” presented by Randy Tucker of TeamAutomation, is an online learning event intended to show how small business owners and operators can take social media and make it a tool for their business. Social media has promised a great deal to businesses, but traditionally has fallen short in delivering increases in revenue, but some capabilities within RedHorse CRM look to close that gap.
