The UK's leading fitness and weight loss boot camp opened their doors to the general public back in 2006.
In the six year period the company had managed to run 150 weight loss retreats.
There has been over 5000 guest going through their weight loss boot camp system.
The FitFarms weight loss camp guest receive an average weight loss of 8lbs per person. Over the years the company has helped guest lose over 2,800 stone.
The FitFarms programme is not just about losing the lbs. The health team concentrate on body fat and inch loss as well.
FitFarms managing director explains that the company is more of a lifestyle and wellbeing camp and not purely a weight loss retreat.
This year FitFarms has increased their weeks from 2 a month to 3. There has been a surge of return guest due to a recent change of programme making the week much more enjoyable.
Trying to stay away from the boot camp style prgrammes and have recently started to provide guest with bathrobes and toiletries.
There has been such a large increase in numbers wanting mixed camp courses FitFarms have recently started looking at a new location in the Malvern hills. The office team have already moved and are on the hunt for a brand new property.
There is also a different dynamic on the mixed courses and they have proven to be extremely good fun. The men take up a role of helping the women through the week and the women mother the males which is great for motivation.
The mixed programmes have proven to be very popular so book up quickly to avoid disappointment.
The cost is £995 for a shared room with the same sex and £1395 for a single room.
