The Learning Edge, developer of the popular SAT test prep apps, SATLadder and The Daily Word, has announced the beginning of a new Facebook campaign to help students learn on-the-go with their friends and get their Game On! SATLadder, the only head-to-head SAT test prep game available on the App Store, is now offering students the opportunity to practice for the SAT on Facebook each and every day.

For a limited time, students who Facebook connect will receive the SATLadder app for free. As part of the promotion, students who answer the Question of the Day on the SATLadder Facebook page are entered into a weekly iTunes gift card giveaway. Each day that they answer the question, they receive a new entry. For more information on this promotion click here to be directed to the Game On! Facebook app.

When asked about the timing element of the app, SATLadder creator Mark Anestis said, “Students need to learn the crucial balance between speed and accuracy on test day. It’s obviously very important to make sure they are doing the questions right and to avoid making silly mistakes. But, it’s equally important to make sure they do not run out of time. SATLadder helps students learn how to master this balance.”

Anestis continued, “As part of the Game On! promotion, we’ve decided to give all users who have downloaded SATLadder free access to the popular head-to-head mode of the SATLadder game because that’s really the best part of the app. The challenge and fun of matching up against your peers is what gives this app its edge over the others on the market.”
