"Having our titles available through an industry leader like Ingram benefits many,” said Scott Chambers, Sesame Workshop, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Media Distribution.

As libraries worldwide add digital content to complement print materials, Ingram is expanding its e-book offering for libraries with an e-book subscription option for popular Sesame Street e-books.
The Sesame Street e-bookstore subscription on ipage® provides libraries of any size unlimited access to more than 150 read-along, audio, animated and interactive books through their Ingram library account. The online solution can be used with any browser, and e-books can be read on Mac, PC and the iPad®. Libraries set usage rules on each subscription.
“As Sesame Workshop continues to innovate and grow in the digital world, having our titles available through an industry leader like Ingram benefits many,” said Scott Chambers, Sesame Workshop, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Media Distribution. “Ingram’s network of libraries will connect more children with our e-books, content that’s proven to help them reach their highest potential. We thank both Ingram and Impelsys for helping us expand our reach and make a difference in the lives of children worldwide.”
The Sesame Street e-book collection for Ingram’s ipage is supported by iPublishCentral, a digital publishing platform developed by Impelsys, a fast-growing company that helps book publishers deliver their content in all major e-book formats.
“The habits of readers are changing and libraries need comprehensive digital solutions to meet the needs of their patrons,” said Rich Rosy, Vice President and General Manager, Ingram Content Group library services. “Through our e-book options on ipage and our MyiLibrary® e-book platform, Ingram gives libraries one central location for all their needs in the digital age. We are pleased to add Sesame Street titles to our collection.”
