David Dykeman to Moderate Panel at the upcoming NYBA Annual Meeting

David J. Dykeman, a shareholder, registered patent attorney, and co-chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Intellectual Property Department in the Boston office, will present at the New York Biotechnology Association’s (NYBA) 21st Annual Meeting May 2 - 3, 2012, at the New York Marriott Marquis.

On May 2 at 3:30 pm, Dykeman will moderate “Navigating the Patent Reform Storm." The panel will address how life sciences companies can successfully navigate patent reforms initiated by Congress, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), the Supreme Court, and the European Patent Office (EPO), and build a strategic intellectual property portfolio.
