At the beginning of the year, G.A.S. held a company-wide meeting introducing new business plans, which are to extend beyond 2012 and shape the future culture and development of the company including operational changes in management; in particular, establishing a management team comprised of supervisory roles for the various in-house departments to improve company communication and morale.
On March 27, 2012, the New G.A.S. Management Team was officially introduced throughout the company. Instituted into the company structure were the following roles: a Sales Manager - Domestic Projects and a Global Sales Manager. As well, a new Domestic Recruiting Manager was named.
David Glass, President and Managing Director to the G.A.S. Companies, was excited to see these operational changes instituted. He anticipates the new company structure will “develop better in-house communication and functionality, team morale, and create an enhanced company culture necessary for growth and advancement.”
Lori Walters, Sales Manager – Domestic Projects, has more than 15 years of experience at G.A.S. Unlimited, Inc. Lori has developed and managed relationships with some of the industry’s major companies for several years strengthening the G.A.S. name throughout the industry. Her experience, knowledge, and dedication have already established an innovative and refreshing perspective to the Sales Team.
Jennifer Stoelke, Domestic Recruiting Manager, has worked for G.A.S. for more than 15 years. Her expertise and reputation throughout the industry has been vital to the success of G.A.S. Jennifer has rejuvenated the work environment for and will continue to bring an energizing perspective to the Recruiting Team.
John Kestelik, Global Sales Manager, has worked at G.A.S. for 5 years, but has been involved in the industry for over 20 years. In his 5 years at G.A.S., John has managed and developed the company’s global influence in the market, particularly with larger, global customers with an emphasis on Operating Companies. John has already brought innovative and motivating ideas to his role as Global Sales Manager to further grow and staff new global office locations.
These new roles will act as the main contact point within each department. Instituting a single point of contact allows important information to be collected and easily shared across departments. This will streamline processes enabling G.A.S. to better manage and met the needs of its clients and contractors. As well, access to new markets and departments will be established and recognized throughout the company allowing G.A.S. to effectively expand its resources around the globe and offer the industry services that cannot be matched.
