The new shipping methods greatly increase options available to Hawaii and Alaska destinations.

ShowMeCables.com today announced flat-rate shipping options for Alaska and Hawaii through The United States Postal Service. These improved shipping options are available for more than 90% of ShowMeCables’s inventory of 10,000+ products. The new shipping methods greatly increase options available to Hawaii and Alaska destinations.

The new shipping rates fall into two categories: small and large. Both options are available up to 70 pounds. The choice between the two methods depends on the size of the order and whether it will fit into the standard-issue boxes from USPS. At the time of the announcement, the rate for a small box is $5.35 and $15.45 for a large box. Delivery takes 3-7 business days.

“Flat-rate shipping will provide better options for our customers in Hawaii and Alaska,” said John Lynch, CEO of Integrated Network Cable, the parent company of ShowMeCables.com. “Before we implemented the flat-rate shipping, some of the costs from other carriers were prohibitively expensive. We should now expect more orders as customers take advantage of this service.”
