Nomis Solutions Services team is responsible for delivering and supporting the Nomis portfolio of solutions. The consistent focus of his team is on ensuring Nomis’ clients achieve significant and measurable value through Pricing Excellence.

Shane brings over 15 years of experience scaling and managing world class service teams. Shane’s specialty is building global professional services teams that provide exemplary value and forge deep relationships with customers. Prior to joining Nomis, Shane built and ran the business communications consulting team at Avaya, which provided clients with trusted insight into improving their businesses and oversight for their mission critical multi-million dollar technology implementations. Shane also led the Services Product Management function for Silver Spring Networks which served the mission critical operations for some of the world’s largest electric utilities and led the services team at marketing analytics company Brightedge.
Shane holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business, as well as a Masters in Engineer from Stanford University and a Bachelors in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
