Resfly, a service that posts jobs to the web’s most popular job boards and social networks, today announced the addition of new features geared at speeding up the hiring process, making it easier for hiring teams to share and rank candidates.
“In addition to being a job posting service, we wanted to make sure our users can further speed up their hiring processes by easily collaborating with all employees involved,” said Tony Sternberg, product manager of Resfly. "Reducing time-to-hire is key, and our service excels in this area."
Resfly users can take advantage recently-added features to accomplish this. First, they can use a candidate share option, giving managers the ability to ask employees to view and rate candidates. Second, they can create an unlimited amount of users, giving companies with several managers access to Resfly so they can post jobs and rate candidates with their own unique logins.
Sternberg anticipates these features are only the start to a more seamless hiring process. “Our features are primarily user-driven. We’ve been getting excellent feedback from our user base and will continue to implement features that are suggested.”
