Penna Plc, one of the UK’s leading HR Service Groups, has announced the merger of Whitewater Consulting and Penna Ireland, forming one of the largest HR consultancies in Ireland.

Penna Plc, one of the UK’s leading HR Service Groups, has announced the merger of Whitewater Consulting and Penna Ireland, forming one of the largest HR consultancies in Ireland. Whitewater Consulting, a boutique HR consultancy based in Northern Ireland, will become an integral part of the Penna Ireland business, trading under the Penna Plc name.

Whitewater Consulting delivers Organisation Development Solutions such as Leadership, Assessment and HR Consulting solutions throughout Ireland and beyond. The merger between the two organisations means that clients will benefit from over 70 years’ combined experience in the HR market.

Mike Jones, Penna’s Country Director in Ireland said: “This is a great opportunity for Penna to really enhance its offering in Ireland. The Whitewater Consulting team bring a wealth of experience and knowledge which will really complement and expand the work that Penna is undertaking with its current clients while also allowing us to significantly expand the Ireland business. “

Terry Denny and her fellow Directors John Mackel and Sharon Douglas will lead on the delivery of the Leadership and Assessment solutions in Penna Ireland.
