Office Basics Acquires Village Office Supply's Morgantown Pennsylvania Division

Office Basics, a 70 million dollar office supplies company, has announced today that they have acquired the Morgantown, PA division of Village Office Supply

The acquisition of the Morgantown branch will help continue to expand Office Basics and their geographic reach. Current operations at this location will be consolidated into their existing distribution infrastructure. This friendly merger will add more density to Office Basic's existing regional office in Lancaster, PA, resulting in more resources and better costs to their customers. Village Office Supply is headquartered in Somerset, NJ and will continue to operate their branches in Long Island, NY and Syracuse, NY.

This acquisition is a highly valuable move for Office Basics, allowing the company to extensively increase sales and productivity. “We are, of course, delighted to have the opportunity to work with their customers and continue to build the relationship Village Office Supply's has developed over the years” said President John Leighton.
