Jeff brings more than 20 years of RPO experience and management to his position at GLC Associates. As a Principal and Director of Business Development for two leading RPO solutions companies, Jeff is a pioneer in this emerging segment of the recruitment industry. He had the foresight and innovation to identify the growing demands of the industry and capitalize on an opportunity to establish opportunities for companies to fulfill their RPO needs.
As GLC’s Director of National Business Development of RPO Solutions, Jeff’s responsibilities include business development, recruiting, staff development, training, and strategic planning. His main focus is to grow and diversify business and build strong, long-lasting client relationships. Prior to joining GLC Group, Jeff was a Principal and Director of Business Development at an online recruiting firm dedicated to uniting successful and qualified candidates with some of the world’s premier businesses. With nearly 100 Fortune 500 corporations on their client list of almost 5,000, the firm became the leader in the recruitment event industry. In this position, Jeff was responsible for the daily operations, sales and growth of this national company.
In his current position at GLC, Jeff’s responsibilities will be new business development, sales management, and expanding GLC’s presence as the premier provider of RPO solutions nationwide. “Jeff’s strengths in business development, sales and management with a strong focus on delivering RPO solutions make him a critical member of the GLC team.
In addition, Jeff will focus on identifying and developing opportunities with new and existing clients to build strategic talent acquisition and management solutions. Jeff has established himself as a leader in the recruitment industry and he has been recognized with numerous awards. Jeff’s expertise in consultative sales, client relationships, sales strategy, and contract negotiations will enable him to make a valuable contribution to the GLC team.
Jeff resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife, two boys and a daughter.
