A.J. Palutis and Ron Calhoon Selected as Pennsylvania Super Lawyers for 2012

Thanks Mom and Dad!!!!

What do two sons of Union Presidents have in common? They both represent injured workers and they were both, once again, selected as Pennsylvania Super Lawyers in Workers’ Compensation. A.J. Palutis and Ron Calhoon thank their peers for recognizing their dedicated service to injured workers. Ultimately, they thank their clients for the privilege of serving them since it is the recognition of representing the injured that resulted in A.J. and Ron being honored as the best 5% of attorneys.

Super Lawyers are attorneys selected using a rigorous, multiphase process in which peer nominations and evaluations are combined with independent research. The objective is to create a comprehensive, diverse, and credible listing for attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel.

The first phase is the creation of the candidate’s pool, which includes formal nominations, star search process, and informal nominations. The second step consists of evaluations of the lawyer in candidate’s pool. The research department evaluates each candidate based on these 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement: verdicts and settlements; transactions; representative clients; experience; honors and awards; special licenses and certifications; position within law firm; bar and or other professional activity; pro bono and community service as a lawyer; scholarly lectures and writings; education and employment background, and other outstanding achievements. The last step is a review of the candidates by their peers within their primary area of practice.

In addition to peer reviews, A.J. and Ron thank their many clients that have left reviews on our web site at http://www.workinjuryinpa.com and they Thank Mom and Dad!!
