Greenberg Traurig Expands Phoenix Office

The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced that Nicole Maroulakos Goodwin has joined its Phoenix office as a shareholder in the Litigation Department. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Goodwin was a partner with Quarles & Brady.

Her litigation practice is concentrated in the areas of corporate governance disputes, contract, antitrust, financial institutions, health care, probate and real estate matters. She has represented clients in state and federal courts as well as administrative tribunals and arbitration venues.

“We are delighted to add someone of Nicole’s stature to our firm,” said John E. Cummerford, co-managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s Phoenix office. “She is a first-rate litigator whose energy and experience will complement the litigation services we offer our clients,” said Jeffrey H. Verbin, co-managing shareholder.

Goodwin holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A. from the College of William and Mary.
