This is the fourth in a five-part series co-produced with West LegalEd and will feature Jones Day partner Bennett Spiegel, Kirkland & Ellis partner Gerald Nowak, and Levenfeld Pearlstein partners David Solomon and Mitchell Weinstein.
David Solomon will lead the discussion on ESOP transactions. He chairs Levenfeld Pearlstein’s ESOP Services practice.
Bennett Spiegel will lead the discussion on distressed transactions. He is a partner in Jones Day’s Business Restructuring & Reorganization team, where he represents debtors, creditors, creditors' committees, trustees, and asset purchasers in corporate restructurings and bankruptcies in a variety of industries.
Mitchell Weinstein will lead the discussion on IP-centric transactions. He chairs Levenfeld Pearlstein’s Intellectual Property Service Group.
