MedSpring puts heavy emphasis on feedback from patients and after thousands of patient reviews, MedSpring averages 4.9 out of 5 stars.
Austin, TX (PRWEB) May 08, 2012
MedSpring Urgent Care today announced the opening of its fifth Austin-area location in Central Austin. Located at 3906 N. Lamar Blvd., just north of the intersection of Lamar and 38th Street, this center will serve all communities in and around central Austin. Physicians are on-site 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week at all MedSpring locations.
MedSpring physicians treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries, from cuts, sprains and broken bones to coughs, allergies and infections, and patients typically save several hours and hundreds of dollars when they choose MedSpring over an ER.
"Our Central Austin center is conveniently located and has ample free parking," said Astrid Stracke, MedSpring's SVP of Center Operations. "This center will be convenient for those driving from Rollingwood, Barton Hills and Travis Heights in the south to Northwest Hills and the Domain to the north."
In addition to convenient parking at the new location, MedSpring patients and guests have access to amenities including free snacks and beverages, in-room TVs, free Wi-Fi and coloring tables for kids. MedSpring puts heavy emphasis on feedback from patients and after thousands of patient reviews, MedSpring averages 4.9 out of 5 stars. Every patient has the opportunity to fill out a survey after each visit and unless otherwise requested, MedSpring posts all reviews online - good or bad. MedSpring has four other Austin area locations located in Round Rock, Anderson Mill, Cedar Park and across from The University of Texas. MedSpring plans to open its sixth Austin-area center this winter on South Congress Ave.
