Navilyst Medical announced today that it has signed a three-year contract with HealthPRO Procurement Services, Inc. to provide central venous access devices (Ports) and peripherally inserted central catheters (PICCs) to HealthPRO’s participating members. The contract, which is effective on June 1, 2012, may be extended by HealthPRO for two additional one-year options.
HealthPRO is Canada’s national healthcare group purchasing organization (GPO). They are invested in Canada’s public healthcare system by representing the purchasing interests of hospitals, provincial authorities and Shared Service Organizations (SSOs). With 255 members, including 12 of Canada’s 14 SSOs, HealthPRO brings together significant purchasing power within Canada’s public healthcare system.
