Premier Office Space Provider, TechSpace, Donates Six Months of Complimentary Office Space to the Winner of Silicon Alley Insider “Startup 2012 Event”.

SoMoLend, was one of eight finalists chosen to present at Startup 2012 out of several hundred applicants. Founder Candace Klein, accepted the prize that was presented by TechSpace CEO, Vic Memenas.

The Startup 2012 event on May 3, 2012 at New World Stages, New York, is was NYC's premier business plan competition and entrepreneurship conference. The conference featured in-depth interviews with entrepreneurs, expert panels and multiple networking opportunities. The winner, SoMoLend took home the grand prize, which includes six months of complimentary rent at any one of TechSpace's three downtown New York City facilities.

TechSpace West Village

Situated in a dramatic West Village loft building, this 18,000-square-foot facility features 33 office suites and 163 workstations.
