Zanther, Inc., creators of the immensely popular iPad application, Taposé, unveiled a new contest today which urges users to submit screenshots of how they’re using the application’s primary feature, Journals, on Twitter using hashtag #MadeWithTapose or to contact(at)tapose(dot)com.
The contest encourages users to showcase their creativity, as well as share different ways to utilize Taposé’s unique features. One winner will be chosen weekly for the next four weeks. Winners will receive a $100 iTunes gift card, and will have their screenshots shared on the Taposé website. The first winner will be selected on Friday, May 11th and is open until Friday, May 25th.
“Collaboration is not only the center of Taposé, but the center of creation and learning for Taposé users. We wanted to give our users the opportunity to showcase how they use and collaborate with Taposé which in turn helps the productivity of the entire community,” said Taposé co-founder Ricky Drake.
Taposé saw a tremendous amount of support from the iPad community upon launch, and quickly reached a spot in the top five paid iPad applications. Taposé, which unites content creation with collaboration, attributes its initial success to hitting a sweet spot in the productivity market. The app has been featured by ReadWriteWeb, Gizmodo, and remains one of the highest ranking iPad apps in the App Store’s Productivity section.
Taposé is available now on the Apple iTunes App Store for $2.99. Users can stay tuned in to Taposé news, updates and promotions on the official Taposé website, by liking Taposé on Facebook, or by following @taposeapp on Twitter.
