TekLink International Inc. today officially announced the launch of Redpunch Software LLC. Redpunch Software will operate as an independent company developing advanced Business Intelligence business applications and implementation accelerators.
"We are very excited to announce the launch of Redpunch Software" said Pankaj Gupta, CEO of TekLink International. "TekLink has been the premier SAP Business Intelligence Service provider over the last 10 years. We are therefore proud to launch a new development company leveraging our thought leadership to provide cutting edge solutions for our customers. Redpunch will be a pure development company, leaving consulting services to its sister company, TekLink."
Redpunch Software will be headquartered in Naperville, Illinois. Initial development will be on EPM consulting accelerators, allowing users of SAP® BusinessObjects™ EPM version10 to leverage Redpunch’s proprietary tools and approaches cutting the time to value for any EPM 10 project. The first release will be a free-of-charge version of a Starter Kit for Cost and Expense Planning (SKCEP) based on EPM 10. This Starter Kit includes: pre-defined cost center accounting data models and mappings, ECC and BW integration including extraction, retraction, a proprietary easy-to-use graphical interface for managing ECC-BW-BPC data integration, offline planning capabilities, and an excel ribbon with built-in functions to distribute, lock, spread, weight and trend values.
“Redpunch is leveraging our industry, process and technical expertise borne out of our years of consulting” noted Douglas Heck, Senior Vice President of TekLink International. “It’s a natural extension of our thought leadership taken one step further into cutting edge software applications.
Redpunch will drive our next generation of products spearheading future SAP HANA™ based solutions in a dual onshore and offshore model. Harnessing the latest SAP technologies, Redpunch will add instant value to customers focusing on business driven solutions to real-world problems.”
