Increased demand leads Atlanta-based Condominium Concepts Management to add single family HOAs to its growing list of property management services.

One of the leading property management companies in the Southeast, with more than 18,000 units under management, Atlanta-based Condominium Concepts Management,, is now expanding into the single family HOA management arena. According to Darlys Walker, CEO of Condominium Concepts, the firm’s business model continues to evolve based on demand. “We are experiencing unprecedented growth in HOA management based on our experience and level of services”, she pointed out. “Today, home owner associations are striving for accurate and timely financial reporting and a commitment to responsiveness. We have dedicated our business to providing those services and the specialized team to facilitate it”.

Heading up the HOA Management Division will be Regional Vice President, Kim Kimura. A ten-year veteran of CCM, Ms. Kimura’s experience is highlighted by her leadership abilities and an established back ground in virtually all areas of property management including staffing, operations, contract negotiations, budgeting, declaration amendments and problem solving.

Tony Valentino recently has joined the Condominium Concepts Management as Director of Sales & Marketing of the new division. Valentino brings 20 years of real estate experience, including sales, property management, new construction, renovation and maintenance oversight. He is experienced in the complexities of reserve studies, as well as building systems, mechanical equipment and safety procedures. His background includes all facets of residential properties as well as commercial development and a demonstrated talent to work hand in hand with owners, board members, staff and peers in the achievement of goals.
The new division will operate throughout the Southeastern United States, with active management contracts currently in Central Florida and Georgia.

Ms. Walker emphasized that professionalism coupled with depth of experience of the CCM organization are significant factors in firm’s growth.    “We have a committed team headed up by key individuals that have joined us over the years from Florida, Tennessee and South Carolina, as well as the Atlanta market. They all have excellent credentials and solid management expertise in key cities, and are keenly aware of the nuances that define each market.” She stated. “This superior team combines with our continually evolving management practices and programs, designed to address ever-changing market conditions, allowing us to stay ahead of our competition.”

According to Ms. Walker, it is the firm’s ability to adapt the ever-changing market coupled with their thorough due diligence on a property that has enabled the firm’s growth and increased stature in the industry. “We do our homework prior to submitting a proposal. We visit the property, assess their current situation, review all the financials and truly understand the personality of the property and ownership – whether it be a rental property or a homeowners association,” she stated. “We then put together a team that best reflects that personality and has the skill set and experience to achieve their goals. We would rather under promise and over deliver, thus exceeding all expectations.

Condominium Concepts Management currently has a wide range of properties, as small as 16 units up to 600+ units, single-family communities and large mixed use properties. According to Ms. Walker, it is flexibility to service the needs and deliver excellence on every level to any association that sets CCM apart from the competition.
