"Babynosis® techniques include storytelling, guided imagery, and direct suggestion. These are easy-to-use, effective techniques to help children improve their behavior, and to have better manners. Both children and parents love this CD!"

Babynosis®, an audio CD released to the public this month, can enrich a child's life with positive affirmations and relaxation. The CD, entitled “Manners”, is the first in a series of CDs designed to help a child drift into a sound, restful sleep each night, while also teaching children manners in the process.

This unique learning tool tells a simple, yet powerful story of a teddy bear named Toby who takes your child on an educational adventure. The CD weaves soothing lullaby sounds throughout, while the narrator makes positive suggestions to the subconscious mind about having good manners. All this happens while the child is easing into sleep. These state-of-the-art CDs are designed to teach a myriad of life skills, from proper manners (please, thank you, may I, etc.) to sharing toys and encouraging children to clean up after themselves.

The CDs are narrated by experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Hypnotherapist Amy Bernstein, LCSW, CH. Bernstein has observed the benefit of relaxation techniques and positive suggestions in her own successful practice. Bernstein, founder of Lakeside Counseling and Hypnotherapy in Davidson, NC, has almost 15 years of experience. She states, “I have spent many years helping children and parents to modify behavior. Babynosis® techniques include storytelling, guided imagery, and direct suggestion. These are easy-to-use, effective techniques to help improve children's behavior and to have better manners. Both children and parents love this CD!“
