HiTouch Health offers a new business model for fee-based primary care

HiTouch Health, a new membership-based medical service that provides highly personalized primary care services to patients in partnership with their personal physician, today announced the launch of its website – hitouchhealth.com.

HiTouch Health brings a unique customer experience and an innovative new business model to the rapidly evolving private primary care medicine space. Like traditional “concierge” medical practices, HiTouch Health customers will experience more convenient access to their trusted physician. However, HiTouch Health members also benefit from very personalized and proactive care from a dedicated Health Advocate after and between visits. Additionally, while concierge practices typically require providers to convert their entire practice to members-only care (meaning that patients who don’t wish to enroll must go elsewhere), HiTouch Health is completely optional for patients, so physicians can continue to see all of their existing patients.
