The motorsport t-shirts collection from Ecko Unltd. is a collector series of graphic apparel fueled by the love of all things driven. This collaboration was born combining the naturally intermixable fan bases of motorsport and the Ecko lifestyle into an exclusive new line of apparel.
The Donz Rims Motorsport Collaborative Brand Launch
This collection launches as an evolution of our regular sponsorships of race cars and drivers, to the build out of our very own car, the Marc 5 GTI. Our goal was to build a 10 second or less quarter mile race and show car, but it quickly transformed into one of the most heavily modified street legal race cars in the country with Donz team of artists forging a one of a kind fitted pair of rims to balance out the footwork. Our intention is to speak to our customer through authentic and respected names in the aftermarket tuning and racing world.
This first edition of the motorsport clothing collection features a few styles of t-shirts in black and white. The collection consists of the Motorsport Deadly Treads t-shirt in black and white, as well as the Motorsport All Chromed Out t-shirt.
Motorsport is a time tested genre with dedicated fans that have an authentic interest in special edition clothing and product. The merging of two different audiences with overlapping interests into a concise clothing line was a natural fit in a market held by very few clothing brands.
Matt Black, Ecko lead designer, said: “Our customers like to be unique, they want to stand out and have what everyone else doesn’t have yet. A limited edition graphic series will be an instant Ecko collectable. Launching different editions intermittently gives this project the exclusivity that our customer likes.
