Dr. Roseann Capanna-Hodge and Wise Learning are proud to bring "Family Fun Day – A Celebration of Learning Differences – Sunday, May 20, 2012 from 1-4pm to 898 Ethan Allen Highway, Ridgefield, Connecticut. The first annual "Family Fun Day" is an event for all children with special needs, including Attention Deficit Disorder/Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Asperger’s, Learning Disability, Dyslexia, Auditory Processing, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Executive Functioning issues, etc. The event will feature ways for children to learn skills and strategies, along with face painting, crafts and carnival-style games with prizes. "Family Fun Day" will be held rain or shine, and is a free event.
On Tuesday, June 5, 2012 from 7-8:30 p.m., “Don't Let Your Brain Take a Vacation” workshop will be held to discuss ways to keep your child from regressing in academic and social skills over summer vacation. This free event includes presenters Dr. Roseann Capanna-Hodge on Neurofeedback and Psychoeducational Testing, Social Skills Counseling from SuperKids and Specialized/Individualized Tutoring from Wise Learning. This event is intended for an adult audience, space is limited and an RSVP is strongly suggested.
Dr. Roseann Capanna-Hodge is an Educational Psychologist and Neurofeedback Practitioner, with over 15 years experience diagnosing and treating children with learning differences.
