Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C. (Argy) is pleased to welcome Susan Linna to its team of professionals providing services for government contractors.
Susan consults with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies on a wide range of operational issues and complex projects including: company reorganizations to improve operations and efficiency, building program management departments to ensure successful execution and completion of products in development, government contract management, preparation of government proposals, managing alliance relationships, developing policies and procedures, company training and building cross-functional teams.
With an expertise in the life sciences industry, Susan focuses on product development in both large pharmaceutical and small biotechnology companies. She has worked in this space for over 20 years, serving in technical as well as executive leadership roles. Most recently, Susan has focused on assisting small biotechnology companies with streamlining operations that has culminated in several products receiving approval for licensure. She built and led program management departments for several biotechnology companies in Maryland that had programs in development funded by USG contracts. As the head of program management in these companies, she has deep expertise managing BARDA, DoD and NIH government contracts and developed program management and government contract management SOPs, policies and plans. Susan has developed training programs for government contract management and has also trained personnel in both industry and the government.
