The Mine Shaft Tavern is pleased to be hosting the 5th Annual - CrawDaddy Blues Fest. The event will be held May 19 and May 20, noon – 7pm next to the Madrid Old Coal Town Museum. Parking will be available on the north end of town. The event will feature local and national acts. Tickets are $15 Saturday and $10 Sunday. In addition, The Mine Shaft Tavern will have Teri True & The Groove Tribe performing Saturday night at The Mine Shaft Tavern at 8pm $5 cover or free if you have CrawDaddy ticket, and on Sunday the Ruebarbs will 3-7pm no cover. The Mine Shaft Tavern is brining in fresh live crawfish from Gulf Coast region for this event. If you love crawfish, do not miss this event. In addition, shrimp, hamburgers, BBQ, catfish, soft shell crab and many other foods will be available. There will be a full bar and plenty of shade. Rain or shine. Kids under 12 are free, no coolers or outside beverages or food allowed.
