Pronto Post, South Florida’s largest direct marketing and product fulfillment company is pleased to announce the hiring of Gayla Price to its Customer Service team. Gayla brings over 15 years of advertising and print customer service experience to Pronto. She joins the Pronto team during a period of growth and realignment.
Ms. Price, a native of North Carolina, spent much of her career working in the Baltimore/Washington DC area specializing in advertising. Much of her experience was in outdoor and newspaper print advertising for a number of clients. She owned her own business and contracted as Sales Director for the North Carolina Transit Authority. She worked in that capacity for about four years.
She also spent time with Staples Copy and Print Services working with customers on developing advertising campaigns. She has experience with multiple channels of communication including print and digital channels.

Pronto Post is a direct mail fulfillment and product fulfillment company with a history of over thirty years serving a wide mix of customers from its South Florida base. Pronto handles a mix of work involving mail fulfillment, literature fulfillment and product fulfillment. Last year they moved into a 55,000 square foot climate controlled space giving them space to expand. Recent marketing and sales efforts have focused on expanding their product fulfillment side of the business.
Gayla is learning the various processes that go into direct mail fulfillment and product fulfillment. “She has picked up the nuances of the business very quickly,” Diamond said. “She is contributing to the customer service team like she has been here for years, and is a great source of new ideas and innovation.”
