The hosts of FOX Sports Network’s Motorhead Garage TV Series found the trucking innovation they were looking for at Inland Truck Parts, whose Kansas City store will be featured on the show’s upcoming “Big Rig” episode.
The episode will air during prime time on Sunday, May 20, at 11:30 a.m. and on Monday, May 21, at 4:30 p.m. (check local listings, as times may vary). Motorhead Garage’s Big Rig Series brings television audiences an inside look at trucking’s latest technology. The show, which is hosted by Sam Memmolo and Dave Bowman, has almost one million viewers — making it one of the most highly viewed weekend automotive block programs.
“We’re excited to give people across America a sneak peek at the specialized process Inland uses to get truckers back on the road quickly and safely,” said Dave Scheer, president, Inland Truck Parts. “Sam and Dave worked with our team here to show how our broad menu of services, combined with in-house component repair capabilities and our store network, helps deliver maximum uptime to each truck that comes through our shops.”
Viewers will see a demonstration of Inland’s shop and remanufacturing services, including driveline repair, flywheel resurfacing, transmission remanufacturing and dynamometer (dyno) testing. Also featured is Inland’s huge parts inventory, which surpasses most of the company’s competitors.
Memmolo and Bowman keep the show focused on the latest trucking technology by searching for the heart and soul innovators across America, giving their audience a bird’s-eye view of things that keep truckers safe and in style down the road.
