They are also both committed to producing items that are ethically sourced and created to the highest possible standard of quality.

Indigo Furniture, which was established by school friends Dave Castle and Miles Gregory, has long been considered one of the leading furniture designers and manufacturers in the United Kingdom. Based in the Peak District the company has stayed true to its roots and still hand builds all of the furniture right here in the UK after sourcing materials from environmentally friendly and economically managed forests. They are keen to give back to the environment which provides the prized material they use and work with the Woodland Trust to ensure that they cause as little damage as possible.

Based a few miles down the road Holdsworth Chocolates also work hard to create the most delicious chocolates using only ethically sourced ingredients. Established in 1988 by Barbara Holdsworth the company has been run by her daughter Genevieve since 2002, after she had worked with her mother for nearly 20 years. The result is an exclusive luxury range of chocolates which are not only popular in the Peak District region but all over the country.
