Cairo, Egypt (PRWEB) May 15, 2012
ILA Egypt, a pioneering company in the areas of cloud-based and M2M services provisioning in the Middle East and Africa, sponsored and participated in the Automation Technology exhibition 2012 held in Cairo, Egypt from the 6th to 8th of May 2012.
During the exhibition, ILA Egypt presented five of its M2M-based range of services: 1) Vehicles Safety, 2) Vehicle Tracking, 3) Mobile Workforce Tracking, 4) Student Outdoor Safety and 5) Smart Lock for Access Control services. ILA Egypt has strategic partnerships with international suppliers of Smart Buildings, Vehicles Safety, Tracking and Personal Safety services which are offered in the Middle East and African markets through ILA Egypt’s cloud infrastructure and platforms.
ILA Egypt offers the Student Outdoor Safety service which provides students’ and children’s safety during their school bus trips. The service depends on the use of an RFID-GPRS integrated smart device that is installed inside the school bus. Students carry their personalized RFID cards which are then read by the device and automatically recording the presence of the students inside the bus and sending automatic SMS messages to parents and school administration. The service comes in a time where the Egyptian community is in need for higher security solutions to ensure the safety of children on the road.
The second M2M service offered by ILA Egypt is the Vehicles Tracking service which enables all kinds of businesses that own and operate a fleet of vehicles to monitor its location and performance. The Vehicle Tracking Services provides fleet managers with critical performance indicators such as average speed, real time location, history of distances traveled, geo-fencing and trip reports.
The Third service is the Mobile Work Force Tracking, which enables business managers to monitor their on-the-move work force in terms of knowing, in real time, the time of reaching customers, distances traveled, trip reports and receiving alerts in case the agent surpasses his or her assigned territory.
The fourth service is the Vehicle Safety service which has generated a lot of attraction during the Automation Technology exhibition in Cairo, the service depends on installing a GSM-based device inside the vehicle which enables the car owner to simply send an SMS message to deactivate-or activate-the power circuit running in the car to immobilize it and protect it against theft or protection against any dangerous situation. ILA Egypt provides the service along with installation support and customer care support.
The fifth service presented by ILA Egypt during the Automation Technology exhibition is the Smart Lock for Access Control which is part of ILA Egypt’s wide range of smart buildings solutions. The Smart Lock service allows buildings, corporate or residential, to remotely manage the access to the building through a cloud-based software which allows many features including: Automatic door unlock schedules, Programmable Access Schedules, Access Profiles, programmable holidays access schedules and Alarms for forced entry/door held open conditions.
