A new electronic handbook on ultrasound guidance for vascular access and regional anesthesia aims to teach clinicians the basic physics of ultrasound and how to integrate the technology into routine anesthesia practice. Written by Dr. Pollard, who practices at St. Michael’s hospital in Toronto, Ontario, the book is available for download from the Ultrasonix website: http://www.ultrasonix.com/book.
